Toseh & Omran Hamandishan Didar Co. is a privately-owned company established in 2012. Our aim is to build the first internationally branded 5-star hotel and shopping centre in Iran. The Didar Hotel Tower and Shopping Centre will be built on a plot of land measuring 12,900 sq. metres in the Abbas Abas Hills of northern Tehran. The hotel will encompass 26 floors with about 300 rooms, 56 serviced apartments, 4 levels of shopping areas, and about 1,700 parking spaces. The hotel will have a business centre, a ballroom, a health club, spa, three restaurants, an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor rooftop swimming pool. The shopping centre will comprise international branded stores, renowned restaurants, a kids entertainment centre, and an up-market supermarket.

About Us

Didar Hotel and shopping centre will be built on a plot area of 12,900 sq. metres on Didar Avenue in the the Abbas Abad Hills area of northern Tehran. The complex will be located in close proximity to Tehran’s major highways and opposite the world renowned Taleghani Park. The site surrounding the Abbas Abad Hills covers some 560 hectors and has been classified as a special development zone due to its exceptional topography. Excluding the scenic parks in the vicinity, the majority of the area which is under construction will be used for cultural purposes, such as museums, recreational centres, entertainment areas, and sports facilities. Additionally, the area will be served by an underground metro station. The hotel will encompass 26 floors with about 300 plus rooms, 56 serviced apartments, 4 levels of shopping areas, and about 1,700 parking spaces. The hotel will have a business centre, a ballroom, a health club, spa, three restaurants, an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor rooftop swimming pool.
